Pennyhill Park Hotel
Set in the pretty Surrey countryside, the Pennyhill Park Hotel has mastered the art of pampering. The expansive spa offers everything from hot tubs, a tepidarium and classic pools to the slightly more unusual ice cave, for those happy to brave the sub-zero temperatures after a herbal sauna. There’s also an indoor ballroom pool, complete with underwater music to help soothe away any tension.
Abi says: “When you go to Pennyhill Park make sure you spend time lounging in the pools. You can swim from the inside to the outside, and in the middle of winter with snow on the ground it is quite something to sit in the heated water and look at the world around you.”

Hilton London Syon Park
Ditch the concrete jungle and escape to one of our favourite luxury spas around London at Kallima Spa, Hilton London Syon Park.
